At Plantmed Clinic UK Ltd (Company Number 15642057), trading as "Dispensed", we adhere to the government’s Zero Tolerance policy for all Health Service staff. The aim of this policy is to address the growing issue of violence against staff working in both the NHS and the private healthcare sector, ensuring that doctors and their teams have the right to provide care without fear of abuse or attack. Our priority is to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our patients and staff.
We are a passionate team committed to providing a friendly and inclusive service for all our patients. We understand that some patients may suffer from complex conditions that can sometimes affect their behaviour. However, we operate on the principle of mutual respect and ask that you acknowledge the challenges our staff face in managing a wide range of difficult situations.
We take abusive or violent behaviour towards our staff and doctors extremely seriously. Any violent or abusive behaviour will result in immediate action. We reserve the right to remove you as a patient or contact the police if we believe any member of our staff is in danger.
