Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, except where required by law.
No refunds will be issued for services already provided.
Any alternative refund requests will only be authorised by management in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. Such refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative costs, clinical interventions, consultations, or interventions already carried out, and any other incurred expenses.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of booking via email.
All disputes related to card processing will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
