We know managing your health can be challenging - finding time for appointments, avoiding hidden charges, providing your medical history, accessing reputable (and affordable!) doctors… the list goes on.
At Dispensed, we’ve flipped the script. Through our simple online platform, you can speak with a qualified medical cannabis specialist and manage your treatment from anywhere in the UK.
To determine your eligibility, we’ll get you started with a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your medical history, current symptoms and health goals - so we can assess whether medical cannabis may be a suitable option for you.
As part of the process, you’ll be asked to provide consent for us to request your Summary Care Record from your GP. With your approval, we’ll contact your GP directly and handle it all securely on your behalf.
If you’re currently with another clinic, we’ll also help you arrange a smooth transition of care. With your permission, we’ll notify your existing clinic and request a discharge letter so your care can continue seamlessly with us.
If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to book your first appointment. You’ll meet with one of our experienced specialist clinicians, who will review your medical history and take the time to fully understand your symptoms and treatment goals. If medical cannabis is a suitable option, they’ll talk you through the available treatments and work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your needs.
We charge a small £19 fee for your initial consultation - but if you're approved and receive your first 30-day prescription, that £19 will be credited towards the cost of your medication, effectively making your consultation free!
All appointments are online, and no referral is required. If approved, you’ll receive your first prescription and be supported with a treatment plan tailored just for you.
After the doctor's assessment and approval, one of our partner pharmacies will have your prescription filled and express delivered. All medicine is delivered in discreet packaging directly to your door for your convenience and privacy. Meaning there is no need to leave the house.
At Dispensed, we believe that everyone deserves to have full control over their healthcare. That’s why we pride ourselves on personalised, friendly patient support, striving to guide you through the entire process. We educate our patients on effective medicine use and are passionate and committed to your continuity of care. You’ll always have control of your health, allowing you to make adjustments when needed or talk to one of our experienced clinicians whenever you have questions or require assistance.
To ensure your treatment is effective, you'll need to book a follow-up consultation within 28 days of your initial consultation. From there, a clinician will assess your progress and adjust your prescription or continue your plan accordingly.
There are no contracts and no hidden fees - you’ll also have access to ongoing clinical support at no extra charge. Our team is always here to help - whether you have questions, need to adjust your treatment, or just want to check in. Simply book an appointment or get in touch with us at any time.
Just fill out the registration form [link to Typeform] to get started. Once completed, you’ll receive an email with instructions to begin your eligibility questionnaire and choose a convenient day and time for your consultation.
As part of this process, you’ll also be asked to provide consent for us to request your Summary Care Record from your GP, upload a form of photo ID, and confirm a few important details to help our clinicians understand your medical history. It’s all part of ensuring we can offer you the safest and most appropriate care.
Once you're an active patient, you can manage follow-ups and request support whenever you need it.
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us a call or send us an email at least 24 hours in advance.
This policy helps us keep appointments available for other patients and ensures our clinicians' time is respected.
Need to make a change? Just reach out - we’re here to support you.
You don’t need to worry about sorting this out yourself - we’ll take care of it for you. With your consent, we’ll send a request directly to your GP asking for your Summary Care Record. It’s a simple, secure process, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. All you need to do is give us the go-ahead, and we’ll handle the rest.
Yes, but there’s no need to stress - we’ll manage the entire process on your behalf. With your permission, we’ll notify your current clinic that you’d like to transfer your care and arrange for a discharge letter to be sent. It’s all part of making your transition to Dispensed as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Medical cannabis treatment can continue for as long as it’s effective and beneficial for you. Your clinician will review your progress around the 30-day mark to ensure it’s working as intended and make any necessary adjustments.
From there, you may continue on the same treatment plan for up to three months before another follow-up consultation is required.
And remember - if your condition or needs change at any point, we’re here to help. Ongoing adjustments and support are always available.
Yes. If your treatment needs to be adjusted, we make it easy. Simply contact the clinic and book a follow-up appointment. One of our clinicians will review your progress and update your prescription accordingly.
There are no additional fees for follow-ups or ongoing support - it’s all included as part of your care.
We’ll be in touch with updates and let you know when we go live.
